• Oliva House is affordable, from €36 per night for the whole house comfortably sleep five in three bedrooms. Our spacious master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, original handmade Valencian floor tiles, easy access to the full bathroom, and roof terrace stairs, plus beautiful views of gorgeous San Roc Church and the Mediterranean Sea. Oliva House double bedroom has a double bed, traditional, Valencian handmade floor tiles, and an en-suite bathroom. Our single bedroom has a single bed with access to the downstairs bathroom, with full bathroom upstairs.

• Oliva House is self catering with a full kitchen to prepare meals, with banquet dining area plus a private roof terrace with table, chairs and wonderful views.

• Oliva House is Steps away from San Roc Square where you will find a friendly local butcher, baker, fish monger, a general market store and a cafe bar. Minutes walk away on the paseo you will find excellent independent markets, supermarkets, shops, banks, plus the infamous Friday market with an incredible selection of excellent fresh, local products.

• Oliva House rental includes meet, and greet, and support from friendly and helpful manager, rental of whole, fully furnished house (plan below) with fully equipt kitchen bedding and bath towels (not beach towels) and washing machine. The rental cost also includes basic clean on your departure. Additonal cost services include stocking the fridge for your arrival and maid service. For long term winter guests we can also arrange a delivery of wood for your woodburning stove.
